Sun Salads Sun Salads was acquired by Natures Way Foods early in 2004 and is a speciality grower of Watercress for retail, wholesale and the food processing markets. It is based on the ancient site of Holy Well (the spring has been in place since 930 AD) near Cranborne in Dorset and has been been in operation for over 40 years. It is now the third largest producer of Watercress in the UK. In addition to the beds at Holwell in Dorset, Sun Salads also now have watercress beds in Ludwell, Wiltshire and Wimbourne St Giles, Dorset.
