Langmead Farms This farming business is also based in the Chichester area of West Sussex, England specializing in Lettuce of many different varieties along with Baby Leaf, Spinach and Cereals. The Company was established in 1987 and now stretches over 6000 acres on the South Coast of the UK and over 1500 acres in the South of Spain. The positioning of the farms ensures an excellent climate, which along with investment in irrigation and technology means that Langmead Farms are in prime position to produce high quality products with lettuce as the main crop from May to November in the UK and are able to harvest earlier and longer than other lettuce growing areas. 52 week supply ensures a smooth dovetail into the Spanish season, so that the consistency and quality of product is better than it has ever been before.
