Whether you're in the final year of your degree, have graduated recently or have even already started out on a graduate programme with another company, we think you'll agree that what we have to offer is unlike any graduate scheme you've seen before.

We're genuinely looking for the people who will be the future of our business, so you certainly won't be an overpaid tea maker (everyone from the Chief Exec down makes their own). Nor will you spend a frustrating year ‘shadowing' another member of the team. In fact, whether you join us in Engineering, HR, Sales, New Product Development, Operations or IT, you'll have a brief induction and then will have your own projects to do, with a mentor and buddy on hand to help you along when you need it.

Aside from the opportunity to carve out a niche career in one of the UK's fastest growing companies (as named by the Sunday Times and the Deloitte & Touche Indy 100) there are plenty of other things that make us different. For starters you won't be spending your mornings commuting underneath someone's armpit on the tube, or on a gridlocked motorway. Why? And you can also be at the beach in five minutes, making the option of a genuine lunchtime ‘sandwich' distinctly possible.
