Natures Way Foods supplies washed and ready to eat salad, salad meals and premium prepared produce to major multiple supermarkets and leading companies in the food service sector. Since the business began in 1994, our award winning growth has been driven by continually striving to exceed our customers' expectations.
Our vision is to be the best prepared produce supplier in Europe.

The growth in all areas of prepared produce means they are exciting markets. This growth has come from peoples increasing desire to combine a healthy diet with a busy lifestyle and to get pleasure from real food. Since the business began, prepared salad has gone from a niche product to a regular part of many peoples' weekly shopping. To bring continued growth we meet the changing needs of our customers. Our passion for quality means we always invest in the best processes and people to deliver this.

Great location, freshest product
The business is run from the South Coast. In the Chichester area of West Sussex we have a site at Selsey, which includes the head office, and there is a further production site in nearby Runcton. We're based here because it's the best place for lettuce farming in Europe. The light levels, soil type and temperature are ideal for growing delicious lettuces throughout the UK summer. By being this close to the fields, we ensure the freshest lettuces are used in our salads.

Continued investment
Working with natural raw material in a market where demand can change significantly from day to day is challenging. Our business is responsive and designed to meet the demands of an exciting growing market. Excellence in our manufacturing facilities is crucial to our continuing growth and we invest in that to ensure excellent supply to our customers, 365 days a year.

Strong partnerships
We source a great deal of local produce from our sister company Langmead Farms to provide us with a real advantage in this marketplace. This vertical integration brings faster innovation and improved quality - resulting in better, fresher products for our customers. To help ensure success we build strong partnerships with Langmead Farms and all our suppliers in order to deliver consistent choice and quality. Our sister companies operate in other horticultural markets, there are details of some of them on the menu bar above.
